Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we receive when you send an enquiry or contact Escape to Exotic, and how we use it to work on your request.

Updated 18 July 2026

Information we receive

We receive the information you knowingly provide through the form or in correspondence. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred travel style and destination, and the text of your message.

Our hosting and service-protection providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver the page, prevent misuse and diagnose errors.

Why we use your information

We use the information you provide only as far as necessary to:

  • reply to your enquiry and understand your travel wishes.
  • prepare and discuss a personal proposal.
  • keep the enquiry form safe and reliable.
  • meet obligations that apply to a confirmed booking.

Who may have access

Information may be processed by providers that help us operate the website and deliver messages, including hosting and email services. They receive only the access needed for that function.

If preparing or providing a confirmed service requires information to be shared with a travel supplier, we will explain this before it is shared. We do not publish your information or sell it as a contact list.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry, continue communication and meet applicable obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised unless there is a lawful reason to keep it for longer.

Your choices and information requests

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop using it unless applicable rules require otherwise. You may also withdraw consent for future processing.

To make a request, write to book@escapetoexotic.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity so that information is not disclosed to someone else.

Protection and updates

We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy if the website or the way we handle information changes. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
